The Indigenous Sports Leadership Program was designed to empower the next generation of young sports leaders with the skills, confidence and network to become leaders in their life, both on and off the field.

Ultimately it had 17 Indigenous participants, 5 Indigenous leaders from Rumbalara Football Netball Club and the Korin Gamadji Institute.

During the 4-day camp, participants dived into exploring their own leadership styles and their goals. They developed their public speaking skills and teamwork, fostering deep group connections. They faced physical challenges and shared life stories.

Game Changers programs are designed and lead by young people, so that we can connect and get to the heart of what young people are really dealing with in life.

Game Changers received support from Ron Barassi, Primary Care Connect Shepparton and Berry Street to deliver the 2019 Indigenous Sports Leadership Program.
